- Since 2007, as Chairman of K-SHINE Electronic Corporation, he has guided the company’s strategic direction with a sharp focus on semiconductor equipment leasing, pre-owned equipment trading, component repair, and agency services.

Executive Director Andy Chen is the Founder and Chairman of K-SHINE Electronic Corporation, established in 2007. Throughout his career, he has remained deeply committed to semiconductor asset management, equipment leasing, and resale services.
Leveraging more than two decades of industry expertise and strategic foresight, Mr. Chen has successfully established a strong presence in the pre-owned semiconductor equipment market and actively fostered international collaborations, earning wide recognition and respect across the semiconductor industry.
