Supervisor Wen Guo currently serves as Chairman of PentaPro Materials Inc. He has long been deeply engaged in the semiconductor and precision materials industries, specializing in the research and application of organometallic precursor (OMF) technologies. His work is dedicated to advancing Taiwan’s autonomous development and practical application of atomic layer deposition (ALD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes within the semiconductor sector.
Leveraging a strong academic foundation and extensive international industry experience, Supervisor Guo drives innovation in advanced materials, with products widely utilized in semiconductors, compound semiconductors, and solar energy applications. Under his leadership, PentaPro Materials Inc. continues to strengthen in-house R&D capabilities, actively expand into global markets, and supply high-purity, highly stable organometallic precursors to customers in Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, the United States, and Europe, supporting technological advancement worldwide.
