Profile
Director Huang graduated from Chihlee Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor's degree in Japanese and a Master's degree in Japanese Politics and Economics from Tamkang University. Early in his career, he worked at Jih Sun Bank for seven years and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi for one year, gaining extensive experience in finance and international business. He then served at Nitto Denko Corporation for three years and JUIC International Corporation for ten years, deepening his expertise in corporate operations and global trade.
He is currently the Founder and Executive of Unimeg Enterprise Co., Ltd., which he has led for twelve years. Director Huang applies his rich experience in international finance and corporate management to drive the company's strategy, operational excellence, and industry innovation.
Future Outlook for the Association：
I hold high expectations and a positive vision for the Taiwan and Japan Semi Supply Chain Association. Today, the world faces both significant challenges and opportunities. The rapid development of emerging technologies such as AI and 5G has made the semiconductor industry more critical than ever before.These challenges also present tremendous opportunities, opening broader market prospects for the semiconductor sector. I hope the Association can serve as the industry’s voice to the government, advocating for favorable policies and investment environments, and supporting the healthy development of the semiconductor ecosystem. By doing so, Taiwan and Japan can continue to shine on the global stage. I look forward to working together to create a more prosperous and promising future.
