ROBUST was established on January 8, 2004, in Hukou Township, Hsinchu County. In its early years, the company focused on the repair and maintenance of Novellus CMP equipment and the supply of parts as its primary business. In 2005, ROBUST allied itself with Novellus, a major semiconductor equipment manufacturer in the US, and became the designated provider of repair, maintenance, and technical services for robots in the Greater China Region. Thereafter, ROBUST repositioned itself as a professional provider of repair, maintenance, and related services for automated robots. In 2006, ROBUST became the designated strategic partner of United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), a major semiconductor manufacturer in Taiwan, to provide repair and maintenance services for UMC’s automated robots.

With more than 14 years of experience in robotic system repair, design, and development, ROBUST actively embraces the Industry 4.0 movement—focusing on robotics as the core to deliver smarter, more stable, and highly efficient factory automation solutions that empower clients to advance toward the future of manufacturing.

CTech was established in 1999. We focus on the research, development, and production of specialized exposure machines for the PCB industry. We are a pioneer in fully automatic alignment exposure machines and were also the first to introduce DI exposure machines for high-speed solder mask and fine lines in the country.

Since 2017, CBTech has successively acquired BHT and established Baohua Technology to expand its influence in the semiconductor and AOI markets. BHT mainly focuses on the development of mature-process semiconductor equipment, SEMI critical components, wafer transfer modules, and other mass-production equipment such as PEALD/ALE systems.
