Profile

Chairman Huang graduated from a university in Japan and is well-acquainted with the Japanese business environment and various industries. After returning to Taiwan in 1997, he founded Marushow Technology Co., Ltd., successfully introducing high-tech products from Japan to Taiwan’s semiconductor and LCD industries. Starting as a trading company, he has since become an indispensable contributor to the semiconductor supply chain.

His entrepreneurial expansion continued in 2001 with the establishment of Bun Tech Co., Ltd., focusing on dry pump repair. A major strategic leap occurred in 2011 with the founding of Kuan Hong Technology, which successfully introduced SCREEN's advanced SPIN CHUCK repair technology from Japan. This achievement positioned Kuan Hong as the sole overseas OEM repair company authorized by SCREEN. Chairman Huang has since been dedicated to advancing equipment materials, cross-region supply chain coordination, and strategic business planning.

Throughout his career, Chairman Huang has actively promoted Taiwan-Japan industrial collaboration. His profound familiarity with the industrial cultures and technological trends of both nations is underpinned by over 30 years of hands-on experience and a robust professional network. Beyond corporate leadership, he has represented the industry in government policy consultations and critical Japan-related collaboration initiatives. By facilitating the introduction of Japanese technologies, integrating investment resources, and retaining key semiconductor process products in Taiwan, he has successfully supported numerous investment firms and Japanese enterprises, fostering continuous, mutually beneficial growth in the semiconductor industries of both Taiwan and Japan.

Future Outlook for the Association:

The semiconductor supply chain stands at a pivotal moment of technological transformation and geopolitical shifts. As key partners in the global ecosystem, Taiwan and Japan must deepen mutual trust and strengthen collaboration. I believe Taiwan and Japan Semi Supply Chain Association serves as a vital platform for uniting industry forces and driving positive change across the sector and beyond.

Only through unity, knowledge sharing, and bold, forward-thinking strategies can we build a stronger future for the Taiwan and Japan semiconductor supply chain for generations to come. It is an honor to work alongside such like-minded partners, and I will continue to contribute my expertise to drive new energy and innovation to the Association.
