Future Outlook for the Association:
It is my honor to serve as a Supervisor and work alongside with these dedicated teams to shape the future of the semiconductor industry. I would like to share my vision for the Taiwan and Japan Semi Supply Chain Association, focusing particularly on the development of the raw materials supply chain and the sound operation of the Association. While Taiwan’s semiconductor industry maintains a leading global position, our reliance on imported raw materials remains a significant challenge. I hope the Association can draw on Japan’s extensive experience in materials, actively promote Taiwan–Japan collaboration, and strengthen domestic raw material supply chains to enhance industry autonomy and resilience.
At the same time, I will diligently fulfill my supervisory duties, ensuring that the Association operates with transparency and accountability, and that every resource is directed toward initiatives that most effectively advance the industry—such as talent development and localization of raw materials. I firmly believe that only through a well-managed association and a robust supply chain can Taiwan’s semiconductor industry maintain its global competitiveness. Let us work together to create shared growth and mutual prosperity.
