Future Outlook for the Association:
Amid the rapid evolution of the global semiconductor industry, Taiwan and Japan play pivotal roles across wafer manufacturing, materials supply, equipment technology, and R&D innovation. The establishment of the Taiwan and Japan Semi Supply Chain Association aims to deepen bilateral cooperation, strengthen supply chain resilience, and jointly address technological challenges and market opportunities. We envision the association as a bridge for technology exchange, a platform for industrial collaboration, and a hub for talent development, advancing the shared growth of the Taiwan–Japan semiconductor industry through these three core missions.
Looking ahead, the Association will continue to expand its influence, connecting upstream and downstream companies as well as cross-sector resources, positioning Taiwan and Japan not merely as competitors but as strategic partners in the global semiconductor arena. Through these efforts, we strive to build a robust, innovative, and sustainable semiconductor ecosystem for the future.
