Director Wu graduated from Feng Chia University with a degree in Electronics in the 1980s. He began his career as an engineer at a Uni-President Group subsidiary, contributing to the early development of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry. He later joined the foreign equipment distributor Scientek Corp as a Manager. In 1991, he founded Feedback Technology, focusing on the distribution and sales of critical semiconductor equipment components, and in 2004 successfully expanded into manufacturing, specializing in CNC precision machining and surface treatment technologies.

Under Chairman Wu’s leadership, Feedback Technology provides manufacturing, sales, and maintenance services for semiconductor front-end process materials, equipment, and components. The company has successfully entered applications such as surface treatment for TSMC’s 5nm EUV photomask boxes, helping to improve yields in advanced wafer processing.

Leveraging his technical expertise and deep understanding of customer needs, Director Wu has driven the development of Taiwan’s semiconductor supply chain in precision manufacturing and service, providing sustained support to the industry.

Future Outlook for the Association:

The semiconductor industry is currently experiencing a period of rapid transformation and growth, with demand driven by applications such as AI and electric vehicles continuing to rise. Director Wu emphasizes that Taiwan plays a critical role in the global semiconductor supply chain. He believes the Association should actively promote collaboration and exchange within the industry, strengthen upstream and downstream synergy, and actively participate in the development and promotion of international standards.

In addition, the Association should support member companies in enhancing risk management and diversifying their operations to improve industry resilience and competitiveness. Director Wu envisions the Association as a leader in Taiwan-Japan industrial innovation and development, combining the strengths of both sides to create a more robust supply chain and help companies grow steadily in a dynamic market, advancing toward a sustainable future.
