Experience
Early Career: Worked at Shinco-Metalicon Co., Japan’s oldest thermal spray company, obtaining certification as a Thermal Spray Manager. Later assisted Kuroki Industrial Co., Ltd. in establishing its thermal spray division, promoting TFT-LCD lower electrode regeneration.
2012: Founded Japan Gisyou Co., Ltd., serving as President; promoted high-precision product remanufacturing and resource recycling with a “Made in Japan” philosophy.
2014: Founded Spray Research Co., Ltd. in Taiwan, spearheading the firm's expansion into the local market.
2018: Expanded the Shiga factory with precision thermal spray equipment and large-scale machining tools, enhancing production capacity and technical strength.
2019: Expanded the Kasukabe shi in Saitama Prefecture to focus on semiconductor manufacturing equipment components; simultaneously enlarged the Yokaichi factory in Higashiomi, Shiga Prefecture, to strengthen integrated metal and ceramic machining capabilities.
2021: Built the Mitani factory in Yodogawa, Osaka, introducing MMC material processing to promote diversified business operations.
Recent Development: Shifted focus to semiconductor-related coating products and precision metal/ceramic machining, achieving certifications from multiple OEMs. The company continues to advance sustainable development and circular economy practices through optimized manufacturing processes.
