Future Outlook for the Association:

On behalf of our company, I would like to express our sincere respect and gratitude to the Taiwan and Japan Semi Supply Chain Association for its efforts and contributions under the leadership of Chairman Micle Huang in promoting Taiwan–Japan semiconductor supply chain collaboration. The Association’s facilitation of bilateral technology exchange, industry cooperation, and resource integration has significantly boosted the development of the Taiwan–Japan semiconductor supply chain.

As the global semiconductor market faces geopolitical challenges, supply chain restructuring, and the rapid evolution of emerging applications such as AI, high-performance computing, and automotive electronics, we believe Taiwan and Japan can deepen cooperation in the following areas for mutual benefit:
  •  Strengthening Technological Collaboration: Establish joint R&D platforms connecting Taiwan and Japan for advanced packaging, materials science, and low-power design to accelerate innovation across the supply chain.

  • Enhancing Supply Chain Complementarity and Security: Reinforce collaboration in materials, equipment, and critical components to improve supply chain resilience and security.

  • Collaborating on Market Expansion: Jointly develop the Taiwan and Japan semiconductor supply chain, leveraging strengths in manufacturing and materials technology in the global semiconductor ecosystem and maintain international leadership.
We look forward to more opportunities to participate in Taiwan–Japan semiconductor supply chain initiatives under Chairman Huang’s leadership and hope the Association will continue serving as a bridge to unite industry resources and foster consensus on both sides.

We wish the Association continued success and fruitful outcomes in bilateral industry collaboration.
